Exciting News...

We got our taxes done this year and we'll finally be getting a refund which will definitely help with eliminating some debt. Since Matt has a job now, We'll be able to pay things off much faster and even more faster if he keeps doing side jobs! So, I'm sure your wondering why I labeled the post Exciting News....

Our Exciting News is that We will be completely debt free in the Summer of 2011!!

After the debt is paid off in 2011, We will be buying a house and starting the adoption process!! We are so excited! God is definitely blessing us sooner than we expected. We didn't think that we'd be debt free anytime soon especially since We actually had been told we wouldn't have our debt paid off until 2013 almost a year ago. Matt and I have been putting all our extra money into paying off our debt!!

I can't believe that we'll be debt free in 17 months from now!! It seems like a dream!! I can't believe that we're getting closer to starting the adoption process and buying our own house!!! Since we're getting closer to starting the adoption process, I've been reading and looking at anything having to do with adoption! It's amazing how us adopting a baby is exactly like how God adopts us! His love for us is so genuine and humbling!! I know I may never actually experience the pregnancy or birthing process...but God has already birthed love for Matt and I's children through my heart!! God is so faithful and awesome! He definitely blesses his children when they least expect it!

Got to keep myself busy...

Every Evening this week, I have found things to do to keep myself busy so i don't feel the loneliness of Matt working late at our friends in-laws house renovating their garage into a guest/game room. On Monday, I just relaxed and watched a movie. Last Night, I went grocery shopping all by myself...That actually took me 2 1/2 hours. I had to put away all the groceries too...I noticed we got a lot more food than we normally buy. I think most of the items that i bought were on sale...which was a much needed blessing. As for tonight, I will be cleaning the house so I can enjoy myself this weekend with family, friends or both. Starting tomorrow, If the weather is nice, I'll go over to my family's neighborhood and go for a walk with my beautiful niece's!! I'm so excited!! I'm looking forward to spring...It seems with the Texas weather...It's already starting!!

Faithful Provision from the Lord...

God has been so faithful with providing Matt some side work to help provide for our family!! He is currently helping our friends' parent's convert their garage into a guestroom/game room!! Matt is really enjoying this project!!! I am enjoying this project too because I am actually able to visit with our friends and meet their new daughter and play with their other two children!! God is so awesome with his plans and provision!! I love it when the Lord brings surprises like this into our lives!!!

God has been giving me real clear visions of our Future Daughter's Room!!

We have previously decided that our baby girl's room will have the Disney Fairies Theme!! Last Night, I dreamed that our little girl's room had an awesome little play house that is just like Tinker Bell's House with a glow lamp and everything that a little girl would want to have!! This room walls were painted Purple and Green!! It even had this real awesome Mirror that my artist friend painted a mural of the Disney Fairies on it!!!! This room would have made Disney actually jealous...because it is so awesome! I wish I could have taken pictures of this room so I can make it real for our daughter!!! I really hope our daughter will love this room that God has put on my heart for us to give her!! While on the note of talking about our Future daughter, We have had her name already picked out since we started wanting to have children. Her name will be Juliette Marie and She will be named after my best friend Julie from College!!

We're looking forward to starting the adoption process in 2013!!

The Payday that wasn't.... God provided something better!!!

Well...Matt didn't get his first paycheck yet since there a hold up in the corporate side of the employment paperwork...so needless to say he didn't get his first paycheck last weekend. We're looking forward to getting his first paycheck during the second Friday of March!! During our wait for that first paycheck, God has provided some help for our finances in ways that we couldn't ever imagine or dream up!! God is so faithful!!
